Celebrating our first university graduate: Congratulations to Dr. Duncan L. Mpoe!
We are thrilled to announce that Duncan Ladaru Mpoe has successfully graduated with a Bachelor in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from Egerton University.
Duncan marked this achievement with a joyous celebration in his village, where his community honored him with gifts, including five goats!
In his speech during the celebration, Duncan thanked the Gianni Gromo Foundation, and shared with us "you've always been a shoulder to lean on and a strong armor for me. Thank you for everything you have done for me, and endless thanks from my parents and whole family."
Duncan’s journey is an example of the power of education and the boundless opportunities it brings when communities unite to support future leaders. We are incredibly proud to have been part of Duncan’s journey and can’t wait to see the positive impact he will create in his community and beyond. Congratulations, Duncan!
